Thanks for visiting It's Only Natural in Beaufort, SC. We are located at the Marina on Lady's Island in beautiful Beaufort, SC. It's Only Natural opened in October 2000. We originally opened in a 1500 sq foot space and moved to our present location in 2003. You'll find a good variety of supplements, bulk foods, dairy, freezer, organic produce, teas & coffees, bulk foods, gluten-free products.
We also have a terrific juice and lunch bar. Soups made fresh daily. Check out the specials under Kitchen News.
We have a friendy staff and are ready to serve. We strive towards educating our customers so they can make healthy decisions for themselves.

Enviro-friendly cleaners
Grandma used to clean her windows the enviro-friendly way with water and vinegar. You can too. To make a “green” window cleaner, mix 1/3 cup vinegar to 4 cups of water in a spray bottle. It’s cheap, effective, and doesn’t harm the environment.
